Distillery Tour

Monday, October 3rd - 2:00PM – 3:30PM

Sample Canada’s first premium gin and our other fine spirits, including Left Coast Hemp Vodka, Oaken Gin, twisted & bitter cocktail bitters, and a number of eau de vies in the Victoria Spirits tasting room. Distillers Peter Hunt and Phil Lecours will walk you through the distillation process and around the handsome German still.  The shuttle will leave from the Chateau Vic at 1:30 PM. - Peter Hunt
